We've warned you before, but this is serious enough that I feel a reminder is necessary – Lasers can DESTROY your camera's sensor! We've got some new samples – including the destruction of a RED EPIC (and I talked to someone in chat who had his Canon EOS C300 sensor burned as well!).
Our first post on the matter actually made it into the top 25 posts of all time on planet5D! And you can own the ebook with all 25 if you subscribe to our daily email (plus we're sending out 2 other free ebooks as well)!
Here are the other posts we've made about this dangerous issue (and it isn't just dangerous for your sensor – your eyes can be permanently damaged too!)
- Lasers can damage your Canon HDSLR camera’s CMOS sensor
- Another example of how dangerous lasers can be for your HDSLR sensor!

Lasers look cool, but they ruin your eyes and your camera!
Be careful with your cameras around lasers, folks. Watch as the sensor on a RED EPIC gets fried by the laser show during a concert.
This is being shared to hopefully save as many cameras as possible in the future!
Here's what happened in the video below:[tentblogger-youtube 5BRA5sSg53M]
