Australian-based, global-exporting digital movie recorder and monitor maker Atomos is living it large at NAB 2015 with a long list of industry great presenters, give-aways, prizes and plenty of ground-breaking Shogun 4K recorder/monitors to try and buy.

Given that the Shogun has been out for a few months now, many leading industry figures have put the Shogun through a battery of tests and given it a heavy tryout during their daily work. Leading directors of photography including Lisa Rinser, Vincent LaForet, Rodney Charters, Sean Davis and more will be presenting their work and insights into the Shogun.

Matthew Frazer will be presenting on using the popular, affordable Panasonic Lumix GH4 in connection with the Shogun and others will relate their experience with other new and popular movie cameras of all price points.

The expanded Atomos booth area looks like it will be a real center point throughout NAB 2015.

Atomos Presence Doubles at NAB 2015

Via Atomos Press Release:

Atomos go big in Las Vegas with a 4K Theatre Dome, world class presenters, hourly prizes and Free Popcorn.

Melbourne, Australia – 13th April 2015: The Atomos booth at NAB 2014 was one of the busiest of the show, with the game changing Shogun seeing the crowds deep on the booth. 2015 poises to be even larger with 2 booths facing each other to take up 4,600sq ft, almost triple the size of last year’s area.

“NAB is Christmas Day for Atomos.” said Jeromy Young CEO of Atomos. “It’s where we get to share all of our new developments, get first hand reactions as people play with product on the booth and mingle face to face with the people who are responsible for our success – our wonderful user base.”

The entire 4K production will of course be driven by the Atomos 4K Shogun and feature a who’s who of top industry speakers who share in their experiences working with 4K and the Shogun.
