Eroz Steady Aid – Most Practical Camera Stabilizer Support

by planetMitch7 Comments

Here's an interesting gizmo for those of you who may have or be looking at a handheld Glidecam or some way to help stabilize your DSLR video camera (or even a GoPro).

This recent kickstarter project aims to give relief to your single tired arm by spreading the weight of the whole system out to both arms while still giving you the ability to maneuver the camera to do pans and tilts.

I also think the ability to use it as a mini-cage with two handed operation is wonderful addition.

The Eroz Steady Aid – Glidecam/DSLR Smart Support by Renso Gomez

Looks very practical, and I am really interested in getting one of my own. I know the setup is a big thing for me, because past stabilizers that I’ve owned have taken me some time to set up, then again I’m not very good at setting much of anything up. haha!

My question is, why hasn’t this been fully funded yet? I know it’s probably still early in the kickstarter campaign with 48 days left for funding. They only have nearly $4000. They need $18,000. So lets make this happen soon fellas. I know it’ll probably get funded by the 48 days, but I still worry that something so good wont get there.

I saw this stabilizer somewhere else, and I will say that it looks like a very promising tool. I know I will be getting one of these myself. I can’t wait to get one.

Oh my goodness, this looks great. I really wish I could afford to get one, been wanting a cool stabilizer for some time now, but money is tight and I doubt I could afford this at the moment. I suppose my next option is to save, save, save, and save.

This is the one I use. camera stabilizer It take a little getting used to, but it definitely does make a difference.
