We've had our hands on the edelkrone pocketshot handheld stabilizer for several months now and absolutely love it. My wife has absconded with it actually and I have to beg to get it back!
My wife is using the pocketshot (as you'll see discussed in the review below) to film our children at their various activities with a ‘compact' camera (she's using our Canon Powershot) and the pocketshot is small enough to fit in her purse when she goes to an event so she doesn't feel overloaded and yet has some support to hold that ‘heavy' (sarcasm) camera without bobbling around.
Overall we gave the edelkrone pocketshot 4 out of 5 planets (note that I realize ‘stars' are part of the universe of planet5D, but ‘planets' just seemed more unique for our universe motif) because it is indeed very flexible and can be used in a variety of ways – but it does have an improvement or two that could be done.

Shaky video can be stabilized in the postproduction, but this means you are going to sacrifice resolution. Your video won’t be as sharp anymore. PocketSHOT will help you get the stable shots you want directly from the beginning. You will get sharper and stable videos that you can share right away!
