You're sitting around with your friends and one of your buddies drives up on a shiny new Ducati Monster. When you get over your stab of jealousy, and you're an aspiring filmmaker, what do you do next? You grab a camera and make a commercial showing off the beauty and power of this awesome machine, that's what you do!

And of course you've been dying to try out the Magic Lantern hack on a Canon EOS 5D Mark III so you and your buddies get busy. Check out what Austrian Marcus Rieger and crew came up with in their spare time.

One of us bought a Ducati Monster and we all thought the bike looks amazing, so we decided to make a video about it. We shot this Ducati Spec in 2 days with the Canon EOS 5D Mark III and a crew of 3 people including myself. Also I wanted to try out Magic Lantern RAW for quite a while and this was the perfect opportunity. The raw video really looks amazing. Thanks a lot to the developers of Magic Lantern. This is truly great! And of course: awesome bike!

Hi, my name is Marcus Rieger and i work in the TV and video industry in Austria.

With a small team of we made a Ducati-Monster Spec-Commercial in our spare time on the Canon 5D Mark III

I wanted to try out Magic Lantern Raw for quite a while and this was a perfect opportunity. The whole spot was shot in two days on the 5D MarkIII with Magic Lantern RAW.

Lenses used were the Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS, canon 50mm f/1.8, and an old nikon 50mm lens for the lens whacking shots.

Graded in Davinci Resolve 10 lite

It would be great if you could feature it on your blog if you like it.
