by planetmitchLeave a Comment

Tony Toscano is a nationally recognized movie critic and film historian who has been reviewing films for nearly 30 years. Tony grew up in California just outside Los Angeles.

Always interested in broadcasting and television, its no surprise Tony's first job was a disc jockey at his hometown radio station. It's there he started to review films as a regular feature of his radio show.

Toscano attended Film and Television classes at San Bernardino Valley College in San Bernardino, California were he worked at the college radio station and the on campus PBS TV station.

In recent years Tony made the jump from radio and newspapers to television. Beginning as a film critic on CBS in Salt Lake City, then to KJZZ TV in Salt Lake where he hosted the popular “Movie Review Show” and then “Talking Pictures.”
