Kyle Hart sent us this request for help for his new HDSLR stabilizer over on kickstarter – it looks pretty cool and has already reached his funding goal even tho only being online for a couple of days.

Kyle’s note to me
Hey Mitch,
I’ve been following your site for a while now and I’m a huge fan. Keep up the amazing work.
I’m writing to tell you about my new DSLR stabilizer; EZ-Steady. I’ve been working on it for almost a year and I’m finally going to try and get funding for our first production run on Kickstarter.com.
I’m trying to spread the word about the project, and I’d really appreciate your help with that.
Blogger’s Disclaimer: Note… Kyle offered to send me a sample but I would have posted this without any incentive because that’s what we do.

Looks alright.
-Not like some of the crap that sometimes goes on kickstarter.
a little on the expensive side IMO.
Half the price of a glidecam, almost double the price of a flycam. :/

it seems pretty simply and easy to use, but I’m not a DSLR shooter at this time

Can’t believe people are falling for the $225 Ez-Steady, when they can get the same thing for $50! http://www.indiegogo.com/GUERRICAM-Camera-Stabilizer
