“Nissan Sentra SE-R Drift” a neat HDSLR based commercial with a kick

We remember seeing this last year – “Nissan Sentra SE-R Drift” – it is a commercial shot with Canon HDSLRs like the Canon EOS 5D Mark II and Canon EOS 7D as well as a video camera and we sure thought we covered it already, but we can’t find a post… and it has some great behind the scenes shots, so what the heck, here it is again. Our thanks to Stafford Huyler for reminding us about it.
Nissan Sentra SE-R Drift
There are just some things that you can’t do with a real car without getting into a lot of trouble. So we built a 1/10 scale RC model of the Nissan Sentra SE-R and filmed it tearing through the city on its way home.
The BTS
Watch in the BTS how they used Canon EOS 5D Mark II (reviews) and Canon EOS 7D (reviews) as well as you can see the small HD video camera (don’t know which model) they used to mount on the second RC car. We’ve done a couple of screen captures that appear after the BTS.
