ikan just sent out a press release announcing the new VH7 – an HD 7 inch monitor for use with HDSLRs or even those things called video cameras.

    The older Ikan monitors work well, but it is not practical to power them from the video camera batteries because it will only last about 10 minutes. If you have AC power or a vagabond, it will work well. Or if your takes are very short and you have a bag with plenty of batteries.
