Sexy Disney Princesses in Canon EOS 5D Mark II vertical videos

by planetmitch6 Comments

planet5D was one of the first to feature vertical videos (and we think there's still a trend coming here) and now, we're going to show you “the Comic Con Sexy Disney Princess group” in a unique way – 7 side by side vertical videos all shot on the Canon EOS 5D Mark II (reviews). Filmed vertically by Greg De Stefano as he was shooting stills with a Phase/Hasselblad, we get an interesting view of the process of studio shooting with 7 simultaneous views. We love bringing you interesting trends and samples of new things like this from around the planet. There's also a behind the scenes (BTS) video at the end of this post.

Here's what Greg sent us:

My name is Greg De Stefano. I just recently completed a pretty cool photoshoot of Sexy Disney Princesses and a process art video. It's not the usual fare. But I think its a cool look into the process of shooting, and was done with a Canon EOS 5D Mark II setup vertically below my Phase/Hasselblad camera. I really recommend watching in 1080p and fullscreen due to the panorama length of the video.

(Note: there isn't any audio)

The youtube description:

I really recommend clicking over to 1080p and viewing full screen =)

  1. It’s a pretty cool piece… I don’t think it’s anything out of the ordinary or anything to really rave about but still a pretty cool technique overall… Thanks

  2. Really nice!

I also think the vertical videos will have their use.
I’ve launch a serie of vertical wedding videos, the first being of a famous french fashion blogger.

the post production needs a little tweaking though
