planet5D coverage of IBC in Amsterdam

Since we’ve gotten complaints about how boring our old (and we mean old!) reporter planetMitch is, we’ve hired a young pretty face to handle our coverage of major events. Today, we bring you Andrea Allen – whom we’ve stolen from the Vimeo staff – to do the on screen interviews etc. Just ignore the Vimeo label on her mic, that was a mistake.

Here’s her first report from IBC in Amsterdam where she reports on the new Canon EOS 60D and several other HDSLR related products!

Itâ€™s just a tease

Ok, we’re just joking! We met Andrea at the NYC HDSLR Meetup a few weeks ago after the Canon EXPO and she graciously sent us this video today and we thought that since she’s so much fun – on camera and in person – that we’d pull you leg for a bit. Hope you don’t mind! While Andrea isn’t coming to work for planet5D yet (I’m sure vimeo is paying her more than we could), it is always fun to see what others are doing and how they’re having fun with their job. And I am having fun with mine.

Maybe at the photoCine EXPO next week we’ll have some fun?
