Yosemite mountain climbers filmed on Canon EOS 5D Mark II

Mountain climbing (not that I've ever done it) in Yosemite Valley is probably amazing and why not use a Canon EOS 5D Mark II (reviews) to film it? Every now and then, we find a beautifully done video that goes on planet5D Cinema and we think it also deserves some attention here on the blog… and this one rates up there. This video has it all – timelapses, night time shots, mountain climbing and last but not least, beautiful Yosemite Valley scenery. I remember camping in Yosemite when I was a kid and even tho it was decades ago, I can still remember the awe of standing and looking at that beautiful Half Dome and the Yosemite valley with all the mountains around. Do I want to go mountain climbing? Nope, but I'd love to go back to Yosemite and this video makes me want to go more.

Footage from this past weekend at Yosemite. Mostly random shots, climbing and time lapses.

The song I used is called daydream by Tycho.

Tycho also known as ISO50 has an amazing blog here:
