“Betrayed” – A new Vincent Laforet Feature Film coming soon?

PDNpulse has broken a story (I saw it mentioned too on twitter just as they were posting it) where there’s a new site indicating Vincent Laforet and others are working on “First motion picture shot with the Canon 5D Mark II”
The only thing on the BetrayedShort.com site right now is an image which includes this text:
“Directed by Joshua Grossberg. Cinematography by Vincent Laforet and Rober Caplin. Cast includes Seth Gilliam from HBO’s “The Wire” and Cara Buono from “The Sopranos”"
So, yet again, someone lays claim to the “first” title.
We hope to dig up more details soon. Don’t forget Vincent Laforet is a speaker at the Collision Conference!

Wonder if it’s really being shot on the 5D MKII or one of the new rumored 24p Canon DSLRs.
Remember the big splash his first film made for the 5D.
Canon might be backing this to promo the new DSLR release rumored for Sept.
